슈피겐 코리아에서 CFO, CHRO 등 10여명의 임원급 팀장님들이 참여한 소통과 협업의 조직 문화 과정을 마쳤습니다. 

(참고로 슈피겐 코리아는 모바일 기기 악세서리 제조 및 판매업체인데요. 애플의 '아이폰 3GS'케이스를 판매하며 성장한 초우량 강소기업입니다.)

조직내 중요 부서를 이끌고 있는 분들이 참여하여 팀간, 부서간 커뮤니케이션, 갈등 관리 그리고 소통과 협업의 조직 문화 차원에서 어떤 개선 노력이 필요한지를 함께 2일간 논했는데요.

(이를 위해 본 과정에서는 조직 문화 진단, 갈등 관리 스타일 진단, 커뮤니케이션 스타일 진단 등을 통해 리더 개개인과 조직에 대한 현황 파악을 근거로 과정을 진행였구요.)

물론 이를 위해 사전 인터뷰도 실시하여 이를 기반으로 진행하였구요. 참여하신 모든 분들이 진솔하고,

진지하게 임해 주셔서 조직을 이끄는 책임감과 무게를 실감할 수 있는 시간이 되기도 하였구요.

 A workshop on organizational culture of communication and cooperation has been completed today at Spigen Korea with 10 executive team leaders, including the CFO and CHRO. (Spigen Korea is a mobile accessory manufacturing and sales company that grew up rapidly by selling Apple’s iPhone 3GS case.) The leaders of the key departments within the organization participated for two days to discuss what efforts are needed in terms of communication within teams and departments, conflict management, communication, and cooperation at the organizational culture level. (Organizational culture assessment, conflict management style assessment, and communication style assessment were conducted to find out the current status of individual leaders and organizations and used as grounds for this workshop.)

It was of course conducted based on the pre-interviews. It was also a time to realize the responsibility and concerns for leading organizations as most people participated honestly and sincerely. I would like to appreciate to all who actively participated and wish you greater success and happiness.
