슈피겐 코리아에서 10여명의 팀장님들을 모시고, 소통과 협업의 조직 문화 워크샵을 진행하고 있습니다.

적게는 수십명에서 많게는 60여명의 팀원들을 이끌며, 대표이사와 중요 의사결정을 하는 임원급 팀장님들이신데요.

그래서 Interdepartmental Decision-Making에 있어 누구보다 커뮤니케이션과 협업이 많이 필요하구요. 금일과 수요일 양일에 이어서 진행되는데요.

무엇보다 교안도, 교재도, 구체적 프로그램도 없이 커뮤니케이션, 갈등 관리, 협업이라는 키워드하에 어떻게 실제 팀간 부서간 코워킹을 높일 것인지에 대해서 포지션에 맞는 위치에서 생각해 보게 됩니다.

이를 위해 본 과정에서는 조직 문화 진단, 갈등 관리 스타일 진단, 커뮤니케이션 스타일 진단 등을 통해 리더 개개인과 조직에 대한 현황 파악을 근거로 과정을 진행하게 됩니다.

A workshop on organizational culture of communication and cooperation is being conducted at Spigen Korea with 10 team leaders. They are executive level team leaders who lead up to 60 team members and make important decisions with the CEO. Therefore, for them, communication and cooperation are crucial for interdepartmental decision-making. This workshop will be conducted for two days, today and this Wednesday. Without any lesson plans, teaching materials, or specific programs, this workshop is going to focus on how to improve co-working within the teams and departments under the keywords “communication, conflict management, and cooperation” from each leader’s positions. Thus, this workshop will be conducted based on the understanding of current status of each leaders and organizations by conducting assessments on organizational culture, conflict management style, and communication style.
