다음주에 미국에서 팀장님들이 한국에 오시면 그분들의 의견도 모두 취합하여,최종 크샵을 설계 및 진행하게 되구요.

매출 약 2,500억에 영업 이익 500억에 빛나는 실적으로 막강 성장하고 있는 기업이라 더욱 더 관심이 갑니다.

A workshop on organizational culture for team leaders of American subsidiary will be held next week for two days at Spigen Korea, a global mobile accessory manufacturing and sales company. So, an interview was conducted today to hear the opinions of the CEO, HR team leaders, and HR managers. When the team leaders in the United States come to Korea next week, all the opinions will be gathered together to design and conduct the final workshop. This company seems very interesting since it is a rapidly growing company with the revenue of approximately 250 billion and operating profit of 50 billion. Successful companies are interested in where the power to drive the growth of the company comes from and companies that are in a difficult situation are interested in where to find the keys to new driving force. As always, I learn, study, and reflect from the companies. I will work sincerely so that this workshop can become a cornerstone of greater growth. Thank you.
