Training 리더십 (Leadership)
Team leaders do double duty: they are responsible for the achievement of the team’s goal and for the management of the team members. Eliciting voluntary participation from team members while ensuring a strong team performance is an especially difficult skill. Therefore, leaders should demonstrate general organizational management competencies as coaches, facilitators, and managers. This course will train team leaders in the competencies and skills required to lead various and diverse teams.
