The ultimate goal of an organization is improving its performance. It is important for the leaders to have the necessary skills and strategies to close the gap between the current (“as is”) performance and the targeted (“to be”) performance. The goals of this course are to understand the basic leadership competencies and their preconditions, the core competencies of high-performance leaders, and best practices for coaching their employees’ performances effectively.
