Basic Leadership Skills

Becoming a leader, such as a manager or a team leader, for the first time is rewarding but challenging. Transitioning into a leadership role requires very different competencies and skills than the ones needed for your previous role, since instead of just doing your job, you are expected to do your job and supervise others as well. Thus, this course will provide leadership competencies that will help new leaders adjust to these changes. This course will take a look at the leadership skills required for leaders in general.
